Kevin attended Stonehill College, where he majored in both Criminology and Psychology. After graduating, he attended New England Law | Boston with a plan to practice criminal law. During his time at New England Law, Kevin completed internships in both criminal defense and prosecution to prepare him for his career.

From 2015 to early 2026, Kevin worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office. Early on, Kevin was assigned to the Brockton District Court and Plymouth District Court, where he prosecuted cases at the district court level. Kevin was promoted to Superior Court Prosecutions in 2019, where he practiced in the Grand Jury, and continued to prosecute a variety of cases, including Firearms and Narcotic Offenses, Sexual Assaults, Domestic Violence, Assault Crimes, and Homicides. At the time Kevin left the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, he held the roles of Chief of the District Courts, Chief of Motor Vehicle Homicide Prosecutions, and U & T Visa Certifying Official, in addition to his case load.

Kevin joined DeGiacomo & Mikhlin, P.C. as a Partner in 2026. He is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
