The Charlestown Division of the Boston Municipal Court is located at 3 City Square, Charlestown, MA 02129. This court handles all cases that arise out of the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. All cases in the Charlestown court are prosecuted by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. One of the oldest courthouses in the United States, BMC Charlestown is a small courthouse that addresses arraignments, pre-trials, motions, and bench trials. All jury trials are transferred to the Central Division of the Boston Municipal Court.
